1. Refund Eligibility

7-Day Refund Policy:
For select subscription plans, students have the option to cancel their subscription within the first 7 days of enrollment. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund of the subscription fee. This policy allows you to experience our services risk-free and decide if they are the right fit for your learning needs.

14-Day Refund Policy:
For other specific subscription plans, we offer a 14-day cancellation period. If you cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of enrollment, you will be eligible for a full refund. This extended period is designed to give you ample time to explore our offerings and make an informed decision.

2. Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription and request a refund, please follow these steps:
  • Cancel on your own: You can login to your Mindful English Hub Platform and cancel the subscription from your end.
  • Contact Us: Contact our support team via support@mindfulenglishhub.com with your cancellation request. Please include your name, subscription details, and the reason for cancellation.
  • Confirmation: Our support team will confirm the receipt of your cancellation request and process it within 2-3 business days.
  • Refund: Upon approval, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. 

3. Refunds After Cancellation Period

If you wish to cancel your subscription after the initial 7 or 14-day period, refunds will be granted at the discretion of Mindful English Hub. We evaluate these requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and consistency. To submit a request for a refund beyond the initial period, please contact our support team with detailed reasons for your request. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we strive to accommodate our students' needs to the best of our ability.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
  • One-time purchases of digital content.
  • Completed coaching sessions or Speakathons.
  • Fees for missed or rescheduled sessions outside of our cancellation policy.
